Return Policy

Spoil Me in Rhinestones will happily accept your return within 14 days of purchase. You can return for exchange or money back. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee with all returns. You must notify us of return to obtain an RMN (Return Authorization Number) before merchandise can be returned. To do this, simply message via email at info@spoilmeinrhinestones.com within 14 days from the arrival date of your order. We will  message you the required RMA. Most items are returnable except thong panties.

All items must be returned with its original packaging  and tags and customer will be issued a refund. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise. We will refuse any items that are sent to us that are not in their original packaging or with original tags. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.  We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene safety the thongs/panties in any style cannot be returned. All items must have original tag attached. *Please note we take extra care in packaging all orders to ensure safe travel, Spoil Me in Rhinestones is not responsible for any damage or miss items that may occur during transit. If you have signed for a package and accept  from shipping service we are not responsible for any negligence from delivery service after it has been signed for or delivered.

Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. All returns/exchange will be charged $6.99 for shipping and handling fee.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective in any way please be sure to contact us prior to returning the items so that the proper procedures and instructions are followed. In many cases of damaged and defective items the customer may be asked to email photos for confirmation before sending item(s) back.  You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if an item is defective. After 48 hours we will not accept your claim.
  • Spoil Me in Rhinestones will not be held responsible for any damage or lost merchandise for any products that are returned to us. We recommend that customer request delivery or signature confirmation for all return packages.
  • All return inquiries for items that cannot be accepted, that have to be returned to the customer or that have been refused and returned to shipper due to being un-deliverable must have a response and/or be concluded within 5 business days or items will be checked in or disposed of through our returns department.
