Q. Do you sell lingerie and intimate gift products on this website?
A. We are in the process of setting up a shopping cart option with many lingerie and rhinestone items. The photo gallery has a display of merchandise that will be available for purchase. You may also shop the Spoil Me In Rhinestones Ebay boutique store by clicking the shop now page. (shopping policy’s do vary on ebay site)
Q. Do you do home parties?
A. Yes. You can host your own home party. For more information please refer to “Hosting Lingerie Home Party” on main page for details about hosting your own lingerie home party.
Q. Can you purchase merchandise outside of a home party or online?
A. Yes, you can set up an appointment to see collection to order or purchase what is in stock. Simply email us at info@spoilmeinrhinestones.com.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You have 10 days to return an item with your money back. Purchases made at the local boutique and events are non-refundable. However, lingerie, bra, underwear and pantie purchases are not returnable. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. AT THIS TIME RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON BRA, PANTIES, MENS UNDERWEAR, AND INTIMATE LINGERIE ITEMS. For Elegant Moments items they can be returned only if defect in merchandise and please notify within 10 DAYS to have return honored. The shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer. The amount returned will be the price paid for item only, and will not include the original shipping cost.
Q. Do you sell merchandise other than lingerie and sleep wear?
A. Yes, you can also shop for rhinestone jewelry, body jewelry, variety of body products such as Coochy Cream and bubble bath. We do not specialize in sex toys, however do have a distributor that we purchase our body products from.
Q. What is the prices range of your lingerie?
A. Most of our items range in price up to $50 in many of the lingerie styles. Leather, vinyl, eco-friendly, and Ed Hardy merchandise may range higher in price. Sizes range up to Plus Size too.
Q. What are you payment options?
A. We accept Paypal and can take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover through Propay in the Ebay Store. For lingerie/loungewear home parties and boutique events we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
Q. What is Paypal?
A. Paypal is a safe, easy way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. Paypal is one of the safest ways to shop online.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A.Expected delivery time is approximately 7 to 12 days and the delivery time is based on either Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Item will not be process until cleared funds through Paypal are received. If you pay with an echeck through Paypal that can delay the process time due to delay in checking clearing.
Q. How much is the shipping?
A. Ebay shipping varies on product. Most items are less then $6.00 to ship, plus we provided free combined shipping with additional items.
Q. How is Merchandised Shipped?
A. Most items are Shipped by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. If Express Delivery is requested, there is an additional charge based on delivery location, approximately $35.00 for up to 2 day delivery.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, shipping is provided Worldwide. The shipping method for international sales is USPS First Class Mail and delivery time is approximately 12 to 18 days. We recommend International Priority Mail for purchases over $40. For Express delivery within 6 days there is an additional shipping fee.
Q. What is International Shipping Fees?
A. Ebay International shipping fees vary depending on merchandise. Most shipping fees are between $5.00 to $10.00 depending of item. Plus we do offer free combined shipping with additional items purchased.
Q. Is it discreet shipping?
A. Yes, the package will not reveal what contents are inside.
